We are currently searching for an energetic, organized “Financial Analyst” to work with our Milwaukee tool Japan team. Successful candidates will have experience in working with the company business finance analysis and making budget and forecast. Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities are to provide overall financial support and insight and work closely with the business unit head to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.

• Develop and manage productive/profitable analysis, such as sales per person, area, customer, business channel, product, cost, marketing promotion, etc., to give business partner with business insight based on financial data.
• Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (forecast, budget, long-range planning, and variance analysis for BS, PL, CF)
• Analyze actual against budget/ forecast, prior year, monthly trend, competitors, and so on.
• Generate accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly financial package report, prepare for presentation that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
• Work cross-functionally on productivity/profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting projects
• Develop KPIs and analyses to track key business metrics
• Ensures finance data integrity and accuracy
• Partnering with departmental leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. (Return on investment)
